By creating an account or using any T service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated.

You may not share your account credentials with others or use another person's account without authorization.

You agree to use T only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not use the platform to store, edit, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.

Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction without prior written authorization is prohibited.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or distribute through T.

You grant T a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service, including AI editing, storage, and distribution.

This license terminates when you delete your content or close your account.

T offers custom pricing plans based on your needs. Plan details, billing cycles, and included features are agreed upon at signup.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@tordor.com for refund inquiries.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

We are not liable for service disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network failures and force majeure events.

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

T is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
